of the same beach where the popular TV series 'Lost' was filmed in Hawaii in Haleiwa by longtime professional photographer Bill Romerhaus. This was taken about 200 yards down the beach where a lot of the ocean scenes and camps were filmed. It is called Kawailoa Beach. This photo was not manipulated with Photoshop, this is what it actually looked like

This copyrighted 20 x 30 inch unmounted giclee print was shot by Hawaii professional photographer Bill Romerhaus, of North Shore Photography, who has been shooting surfing and Hawaiiana since 1967. We are offering these at a wholesale price because our overhead is low, and we want to make them affordable for everyone, its been our business philosophy for years, even though we've often sold custom prints like this for three or four times this price. This print will fit in a standard 20 x 30 inch frame, although there is a little extra white margin that may need to be custom trimmed to fit your frame. For the most impressive artistic impact we suggest using a 40 x 60 inch custom matted frame and also include a caption sheet with photography information for the back of a frame or display of the photo, and separate instructions with suggestions for handling the print and preservation tips.
Bill has lived in Hawaii for over 50 years. In 1965 he shot his first surfing photo and was a contributing photographer to 'Surfer', and 'Surfing' magazines, and over 30 international surfing magazines and manufacturers, as a photojournalist for over 100 publications, advertising/stock photo agencies, and corporate clients worldwide. In 1983, he started NORTH SHORE PHOTOGRAPHY, specializing in black & white darkroom services, after attaining the status as a master black & white printer and film processor for professional clients island wide. His photos have credited him with over 200 cover shots and full page advertisements. His work has appeared in Popular Photography, Shutterbug, American Photographer, Shape, Men's Fitness, Surfing, Surfer, Honolulu, Aloha, Hawaii newspapers, Outdoor, Outside, Conde Nast Traveler, National Enquirer, CNN, Discovery & History Channels, & many others.
