1960’s Ideal Tearie Dearie Vintage Doll Dress. This may be a shirt. It seems a little short. Probably once had matching little bloomers or something. It measures about 3 inches long. There are a couple of faint stains that I have not tried to remove. I tried to show them in pictures.
