This is a1/4-20" & 3/8"-16 Reversible Tripod Screw allows you to attach virtually any head to your tripod. Install it in your tripod's collar with the 1/4 -20 stud on top
The stud is reversible, so you can use your tripod with almost any head, which typically has either a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threaded hole.
