These hand carved Modern Ye Ming Zhu beads may appear to be similar to your average skull shaped beads when looking at them in the light and in person, however once the lights go out, you see them for what they really are, which is extraordinary. The way that they look in the dark cannot be adequately described in words, and is truly a sight to see, as they appear to emanate energy in the form of a brilliant teal light. The carving on these was beautifully done with fantastic detail, and as a result, they look like real glowing human skulls in the dark.

*GLOW-IN-THE-DARK! The stone that these beads are made of is called Ye Ming Zhu (also spelled Yeh Ming Ju), and is from China.  It was originally seen hundreds of years ago, only owned by emperors and people high in rank, however the majority of the original pieces have been lost. What we see here is an incredibly rare material to find that very few people carry which is a recreation of the ancient type made of the same materials. A
bout ten years ago a team of scientists discovered how to alchemize the rare earth elements found in Ancient Ye Ming Zhu into a crystal structure derived from the diamond. Diamond Ye Ming Zhu contains a tetrahedron crystalline structure and is one of the strongest and brightest forms ever found. This modern Ye Ming Zhu is non toxic and has the same energetic properties as Ancient Yeh Ming Zhu since they contain the same active elements in the same crystalline structure.
