    SERIES 661 25 Cents 25c MPC MILITARY PAYMENT CERTIFICATE ERROR Missing Overprint. Shipped with USPS First Class. The note is missing the final overprint, an extremely rare error for MPC. Mpc error notes are extraordinarily rare due to conversion causing short life span and very good quality control as well as the lithograph printing method as opposed to intaglio which was more prone to errors in production. Unfortunately the note is in low grade with writing and mount removal at corners. Compare this note to other series 661 25 cent notes and the error is very apparent.
