Description

Y-270 1990 Palladium 25 Roubles ballerina coin from Russia. Not sure if this coin is Proof or Uncirculated (looks Uncirculated), but does have a surface mark or light scratch, as well as some small rim nicks and perhaps some light haze or toning. Could be due to poor storage or just how the coin was made. A scarce coin, with a 30,000 mintage in the non-Proof type (no listed mintage on the Proofs). Should be a solid value at our reasonable opening bid that includes postage.
