This item in my EBAY store is a NORTHWOOD PURPLE CARNIVAL GLASS  "RASPBERRY"  HANDLED WATER PITCHER.   This NORTHWOOD "RASPBERRY" purple cone shaped water pitcher is, antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a very beautiful family heirloom piece of glass;   This NORTHWOOD "RASPBERRY" water pitcher has damage at the bottom of this pitcher, this damage is shown in numerous photos and a couple photos I am pointing to the damage with my finger, I do not like selling damage glass but everything has value and price will sell anything, the COLOR and IRIDESCENCE is just to good to throw this pitcher away, friends of mine in the business throw damage glass away, I do not;   There are no cracks, scratches and no glass staining, any questions at all please e-mail me;   I may add that this NORTHWOOD "RASPBERRY"  PURPLE CARNIVAL GLASS CONE SHAPED HANDLED WATER PITCHER is an early vintage NORTHWOOD antique carnival glass "RASPBERRY" water pitcher that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty surely cherished this piece of NORTHWOOD antique glass;   This NORTHWOOD "RASPBERRY" water pitcher that I have here is marked with the "NORTHWOOD" trade mark an "N" in a circle with a line under neath the letter "N" on the inside bottom of this water pitcher and can be seen in the photos;   I want to mention that this particular purple carnival glass "RASPBERRY" water pitcher that I have here does have the early carnival glass era characteristics of the early carnival glass production having stress marks, straw marks and air bubbles sometimes seen inside the glass of early carnival glass, these characteristics that I just mentioned to you are and can be seen inside the glass of this purple carnival glass "RASPBERRY" water pitcher that I have here, these characteristics are from the production of this American beauty and is NOT considered damage, all this info that I just mentioned to you is shown in my numerous photos taken but any questions at all please e-mail me;   Folks I like to photograph my carnival in natural day light, it did not matter what angle or position I photographed this purple water pitcher the COLOR and IRIDESCENCE can be seen in my numerous photos taken and that is what carnival glass is all about............COLOR and IRIDESCENCE;   This much sought after NORTHWOOD "RASPBERRY" pattern can be seen & talked about in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by, "Edwards & Carwile" a book on carnival glass, the "STANDARD ENCYCLOPEDIA of CARNIVAL GLASS 7th EDITION, on page #294;   I've taken numerous (all) photos outside in the natural daylight in different backgrounds in numerous angles & positions to show pattern, COLOR, condition, carnival glass IRIDESCENCE and size hoping to answer any and all questions but if need be you can E-mail me or you can see me on my NEW web site at terrymackeyantiques.com.   When using a cell phone or mobile device please click on "see full description" to see more photos and measurements;   Insurance is bought at the USPS at the time of shipment to you, the cost is .25 for the shipping and .75 for the insurance, ANY OVER PAID SHIPPING COST WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU THE BUYER;   All stickers on MY Northwood purple carnival glass  "RASPBERRY"  handled water pitcher sent to you must remain on MY Northwood purple carnival glass  "RASPBERRY"  handled water pitcher for any glass return, NO exceptions!     Inventory #485A           6/1/2021            Bldg lower level left side top shelving.            Please read my BIO on my NEW web site.       Will ship International mail when Buyer request shipping cost thru EBAY.                                                                     I WILL NOT SHIP THIS WATER PITCHER UNTIL I GET AN E-MAIL SAYING YOU THE BUYER KNOWS THIS WATER PITCHER HAS DAMAGE........................JUST SO WE ARE BOTH ON THE SAME PAGE HERE.
