Meissen Hand Painted Floral Cobalt & Gold Neoclassical Shape Urn Vase C1860-1924
Nice antique porcelain vase / urn in a Neoclassical form. Decorated with hand painted flowers in pink, orange, purple, yellow, blue and white. With cobalt blue around the neck and base. Gold gilt highlights. Marked on the bottom with the blue underglaze crossed swords mark used by Meissen between 1860 and 19124.
Has some wear to the gilding and one small flake to the bottom of one of the corners of the base. Otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 6 1/8 inches wide x 12 1/4 inches tall.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
