    Description

    WELCOME TO BRANDON'S AUCTION CO.
This auction consists of a hard to find shade in violet, amethyst, or purple carnival by Fenton from the 1999 Historic Collection which was only made for the one year (1999).  This is the shade to the Gone With The Wind Lamp (1602XP) with a hand-painted floral designed by Kim Plauche.  This one was handpainted by C Smith.  It measures approximately 10" tall, & has an inside bottom opening of approximately 3 1/2" wide; which will fit into the gone with the wind lamp fitter of 4 1/8" or larger (the fitter has screws to tighten which will hold the shade in place).  Photo 1 shows a photo from the 1999 Fenton catalog which shows the complete lamp, but you are buying just the shade.  Photo 2 shows another photo from the 1999 Fenton catalog showing the1999 Historic Collection that this was part of.  Photo 3 shows the front of the shade and the hand-painted design.  Photo 4 shows the back of the shade which is plain violet iridized.  Photo 5 shows a close-up of the ruffled top
.  Photo 6 shows a close-up of the bottom fitter ring, & the Fenton handpainted signature.  And the last photo shows a close-up of the artist's signature (C Smith).  This shade is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches.  You are only buying one shade for the Gone With The Wind Lamp.  I do combine items to save on USPS Priority Shipping.  Thanks for stopping by &
please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have, or for additional photos.
