    SHIPPING POLICY
    Order processing
    Most products ship within 24 hours but could take up to 2 business days.
    Once order is shipped, we will attach tracking details to your order and/or message the tracking details to you.
    Cancellation
    Only orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled. Cancelling an order should be done before receiving shipment tracking information. Any orders placed from Friday after 5PM PST through Monday 9AM PST cannot be cancelled as we are unable to cancel orders that are shipped over the weekend because we are only able to get cancellation approval during normal business hours from our warehouses.
    Delivery Issues
    - In the event that multiple parts are ordered, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple warehouse locations. In that case you may get some parts sooner than others.
    - If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or a refund will be issued.
    Damaged Items
    - Rarely, damage will occur during shipping - if you see severe damage to the box and can clearly see that the part is also damaged, REFUSE the shipment AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will either get a new product out to you as soon as possible, or if the damaged product was the last one available in stock, we will refund you in full.
    - If you discover your item is damaged after receiving and opening the package – Please provide photos of the damages to the product so we can clearly see - the photo(s) must clearly show which product is damaged with clear images of the damage to that product – in this case we will be able to provide you a replacement at no cost. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund on the damaged part.
    - If the product is found to be defective or incorrect based on the description of the part that was ordered, please Contact us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and send out a product FREE of cost. If no replacement is available, we will issue you a refund in full.
    Warranty
    -Your warranty lasts for 2 year from the delivery date of your item. It covers functionality problems that may occur with the auto part as a result of manufacturing. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation; by accidents or damage sustained after installation, by negligence in maintaining the product after installation, or modification of the product.
    Returns:
    - A Return Merchant Authorization Number, or RMA Number, is assigned to your return and used for tracking purposes.
    - If buyer purchases the wrong product by error or no longer needs the product, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of shipping a desired replacement plus the price difference between the original part and the replacement if the replacement is of higher value. Buyer is also subjected to pay 20% restocking fees for returns in these cases. Restocking fees are charged for any items returned where the return is NOT due to an error on our part, or due to damages sustained in transit. Restocking fees are used to deal with the costs incurred with your return. Restocking fees are 20% of the actual product price.
    -If the part that was delivered to you does not fit as described in the listing, our goal is to make sure that this problem does not happen again. In this case, please provide the VIN of the vehicle you ordered the part for that the listing said the part would fit in order to verify with the manufacturer that this product should not be advertised to fit this vehicle. Additionally, please provide a digital picture of non-fitment. In this case, as described above, we will provide a correct replacement at no cost to you, or a refund in full if no replacement is available.
    -Please keep the original packaging, if anything is wrong with the product we only accept returns with the original packaging.
    -No claims can be filed after 30 days from the package delivery date.
    - All Products are shipped FREE to places INSIDE the Continental US with Fedex service, which will take approximately 1-6 business days. We will not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box, US Protectorates, Alaska or Hawaii.
    - We do NOT offer customer pickup at any of our locations.

    - International shipping will ONLY be processed through eBay Global Shipping Program.
