We tender all packages at the post office obtaining an acceptance scan showing proof of mailing but tracking is not always available once a shipment leaves the U.S. Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time varies but typical is 10-20 business days. Please notify us if you item has not been received within 31 calendar days from payment date.
HANDLING TIME
Camp Chimo is proud to offer 2-day business day handling time on most of our listings. We do not offer same day shipping on any of our listings. Handling time is measured by business days. Weekends and holidays aren't counted. This means if a buyer pays for an item on Tuesday, we have until 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday to upload a tracking number and the item may not be tendered at the post office until Thursday. For a buyer's payment on Friday, Saturday or Sunday a tracking number must be uploaded by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday and your item may not be tendered at the post office until Tuesday. We strive to mail your item as quickly as possible and meet or exceed these standards. Should there be a delay in shipping your item we will, if possible, notify you via eBay messaging.
