is this OOAK One of a Kind Rare Vintage Fenton Art Glass Handpainted Colonial Lamp. It is a Presentation Lamp that was given to West Virginia Gov. Arch A. Moore Jr. in 1987. It is handpainted and signed by artist Michael Dickinson. Shade is custard glass and features the WV State Capital Building, Coal Power Plants, other buildings, and trees and the mountains of WV. It is in excellent condition. It has a brass hammered base with the tag from the State of West Virginia Governor's Mansion. This lamp is just beautiful!!! It will make a wonderful addition to your Fenton Lamp Collection!!
