    Description

Fenton artist Robin Spindler used a variety of glass decorating techniques (sandcarving and hand painting) in her design for this wonderful one-of-a-kind cobalt blue glass "Strawberry Moon" paperweight (6.5" wide and about 6" tall). Her skillful sandcarving created a delightful sense of texture for the pair of Owls perched on a branch and Robin's colorful, meticulous hand painting on the faces is a delight to see. The vivid large, multi-colored hand painted "Strawberry Moon" in the background is simply breathtaking. This one-of-a-kind cobalt blue glass "Strawberry Moon" paperweight is identified, dated and signed on the underside: "Fenton 2021 Strawberry Moon OOAK hand painted by J. K. Spindler".
