The Ronin RavenEye Image Transmission System enables live camera view and the ActiveTrack 3.0 feature of the DJI RS 2 gimbal. It transmits your camera live view directly to the gimbal's touchscreen display as well as the companion mobile app, allowing you to use your phone as a monitor. The RavenEye can also be used with the RSC 2 gimbal, but it's limited to enabling ActiveTrack and allowing remote control and monitoring. It doesn't transmit the camera live view to the touchscreen of the RSC 2. The RavenEye attaches directly to the gimbal using included screws. It connects to compatible cameras via one of the included HDMI cables (depending on your camera) and links up to your smartphone over Wi-Fi. PROCAM RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from PROCAM online or in-store can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original sales receipt for refund or exchange.
You may return unopened / unused items within 14 days for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Any returned items that have been opened and/or used are subject to a 15% restocking fee, No Exceptions.
Items sent back to us without a return authorization will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Any returns without all original packaging, cables, accessories, manuals and documentation will be rejected.
PROCAM reserves the right to reject any return at our discretion. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or exchange if we believe the items are intentionally used, damaged or misused.
After 14 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in credit purposes only.
Free shipping items will have all shipping costs deducted from the refund total.
