Returns/Warranty

We accept all returns on unused parts within 14 business days of delivery
All errors or issues with the product purchased must be reported within 72 hours of receiving it
We will refund you the total paid for the item minus shipping costs
Return shipping must be paid by buyer; no exceptions
Warranty is VOIDED if catalytic converter substrate is melted or broken; this is due to an issue in the car itself and not the catalytic

We suggest calling your local vehicle dealer and providing them with your VIN# and asking them whether your vehicle is Federal Emissions or California Emissions.
Customers who are licensing vehicle's in the State of New York MAY NOT purchase this part and legally install it if their vehicle is California Emissions.
