Beautiful Vintage MEISSEN Germany Cobalt Blue & Acanthus Leaf Coffee / Cake Set
Germany, Meissen, Staatliche Porzellan Manufaktur, after 1934. A “B-Form“ cup, a saucer and a plate (the plate not being an original part of the set but similarly decorated), relief acanthus leaves on palmetto background, cobalt foundation, rich gilt in matt-polish combination.
Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
Measurements:
Cup: 2 3/4" high x 4" in diameter (at the rim)
Saucer: 6 1/8" in diameter x 1" high
Plate: 7 1/2" in diameter x 7/8" high
Underglaze crossed swords mark in cobalt blue, “Y 33“ embossed on the saucer and cup / "K 275" on the plate.
