    super cool item This is for a colbalt blue porcelain ball and stem cane this features three fancy cartouches two on the top and one on the stem
    they are wonderfully hand-painted lots of gold scroll work on the piece
    I am not an expert in this area but seems to be in excellent condition no issues to be found
    Measure approx 8 inches long 5 inches when unscrewed.  Nice heavy quality vintage item
