1967 Baby Thumbalina doll with original outfit.  Pull string works and head rotates and baby speaks.  One owner doll from none smoking household.  Body and hair are near mint.  Pants of outfit have some fuzzing to them.   Very very nice example of a well cared for doll offered by her original 59 year old owner.
