While the majority of our products do not require welding, cutting or bending, limited applications may require additional welding for optimal installation.

We offer Free Shipping via UPS ground to USA and Canada, we do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, VI and Puerto Rico (extra charge). Occasional delays may occur with US customs and or weather conditions, this is beyond our control.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

All returned product MUST be approved prior to return, otherwise product may not be accepted at the warehouse and may be considered lost. ALL Returns must be delivered to our Canadian warehouse.
If you are not satisfied with our product, return it un-used in the original packaging and we will credit your entire purchase, except shipping. If there are any damages to the product, we will charge a restocking fee. Re-stocking fee may apply, please confirm before returning. Please be aware there is NO warranty IF converter substrate is melted OR broken, this is the result of a problem with the vehicle, not the converter.

1. ORIGINAL WARRANTY CERTIFICATE AND INSTALLATION STATEMENT
- To be completely filled out by an installer and returned to the manufacturer. Include dealer name, complete address, and phone number. Include customer name, complete address, and phone number. Vehicle makes, year, model, engine size, mileage, and date must be filled out. The part number installed must be filled out. The Installation Statement must be completed by the installer, stating the reason for replacement. Vehicle owner and installer must sign and date the Warranty Certificate /Installation Statement.
2. CATALYTIC CONVERTER WARRANTY STATEMENT INSTALLER'S COPY
- To be retained by Installer with a copy of the invoice for six (6) months.
3. CUSTOMER'S COPY
- To be retained by the vehicle owner.
