    Honolulu, Hawaii Pearl Harbor survivor license plate. plate was purchased in a collection where the plate was stored in plastic with an oil like substance. When removing the plate attempted to clean off oil the paint discolored. I have a second plate from same island up for sale. Please let me know if you have any questions before purchase.
